Hosts will be Anke Engelke, Judith Rakers and Stefan Raab. Joint televoting and jury results in every country will determine the 10 finalists that progress to the final. ** VOTING RULES ** - Everyone from every participating country can vote for their 10 favourite songs, by giving the traditional Eurovision-votes: 12 points to your favourite, 10 points to your 2nd favourite, 8 points to your 3rd and so on until your number 10 which receives one point. - You can NOT vote for your own country - You can only vote once - You HAVE to indicate from which country you are voting. - All votes that come from voters of the same countries will be added together to get the actual total result of a country. - Once a week (Wednesday normally) an update of the scoreboard will follow.
